Diversity & Inclusion Internship Experience
The Diversity and Inclusion Summer Internship Experience is designed to provide college students—from diverse backgrounds and walks of life—with the opportunity to develop professionally, refine skill sets and knowledge, and learn more about MarketSource. In addition to meaningful, project-based work within one of the highly collaborative teams in our corporate office, interns are also given the opportunity to participate in workshops, trainings, community service projects, and companywide employee events. Employee Resource Groups
Employee resource groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups, which serve as a resource for members and MarketSource by fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the organizational mission, values, goals, business practices, and objectives.
