Employee Spotlight: Tony Pisciotta

Tony Pisciotta’s heart may be in automotive, but it’s the MarketSource culture that keeps him walking through our office doors. In fact, he just celebrated his 10-year anniversary with us last month.

As client services director in our Commercial automotive division, Tony oversees nine programs, accounting for over 200 MarketSource team members across the country.

Tony brings a wealth of knowledge to our automotive division—his 30-year career in automotive spans many functions within the car dealership, such as sales, service and parts management. He led a regional commercial sales team for an aftermarket parts company, as well. Lucky for us, he kept MarketSource on his radar for years until the perfect position was open…and he hasn’t looked back since.

“The MarketSource culture and our people have kept me at MarketSource for all these years,” says Tony. “I feel so proud to be part of such a fantastic company. We have a very close work family here that truly cares about each other and are not just here to do a job.”

He places a special emphasis on our core value of building relationships. “I have always lived my life by the golden rule: treat others as you would want to be treated,” he says. “I believe building strong relationships is the foundation for any work partnership, whether it’s with our fellow team members or our clients.”

One of Tony’s favorite parts of the job is “working with so many talented individuals and helping them grow their career.” He continues, “I advise my team to live our core values and be a student of the business—learn from others and don’t be afraid to ask for help or support. It’s ok to make mistakes…that’s how you grow and learn.” He explains his approach to a good work ethic (another one of our core values!) is to have good time management skills and a positive attitude. Set goals for yourself, and create daily and weekly tasks/reminders for what you need to accomplish.

As we take notes on his wealth of knowledge and advice, we would like to sincerely say: Happy 10-year anniversary, Tony! We are proud to have you as part of our family.
