MarketSource Inc., the proven alternative to outsourcing sales, was named winner of the TAG Business Champion of Diversity Excellence Award for the second time. The TAG Human Resources and Diversity Society is an interest group within the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). The award recognizes outstanding efforts by people who champion diversity and inclusion within organizations and companies, going beyond the call of duty to support diversity and inclusion practices.

The TAG Business Champion of Diversity Excellence Award recognizes businesses that have shown exceptional efforts to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace, embracing all employees to achieve positive outcomes at work and in the community. Criteria considered in selecting the winner include the role in and size of a diversity initiative, the initiative’s impact on company morale and stakeholders, and its quantifiable impact on company revenue, profit and/or efficiencies.
MarketSource formalized its diversity and inclusion practices by forming a dedicated D&I team tasked to deliver effective solutions that add value to the business, while embedding diversity and inclusion practices into its organizational culture. The company hires thousands of skilled, full-time and part-time employees across the United States for outsourced retail and commercial business positions in multiple industries.
TAG held its sixth annual Diversity Leadership Awards celebration Friday, Aug. 26, at the Buckhead Club in Atlanta. Several speakers shared their personal perspectives and experiences regarding diversity in the workforce, and an awards presentation followed. Other nominees were Kennesaw State University, Koch Business Solutions, MedSide Healthcare, and Usher’s New Look Foundation.
