Tetra Pacino currently serves as Senior Technical Specialist on her MarketSource team, ensuring key technologies work effectively for our Retail business unit. Learning intricate tech applications takes some time, but Tetra has jumped in with both feet and a quick mind. “I love digging into a problem, trying to find a solution, rolling out changes, and training the end user,” Tetra says. “To see the full-circle process is really fulfilling.”
Tetra immerses herself in projects with enthusiasm but realizes she would never be able to achieve her high level of performance without others by her side. She points out that the people at MarketSource are what make it a great place to work. “I have been blessed to work with so many great people and leaders over the years,” Tetra says. “The ones who stand out to me do so because they listened, led by example, and challenged me. They empowered me to work independently; included me in decisions in my areas of expertise; and made me feel appreciated and valued.”

Solving problems is a talent that Tetra has demonstrated for nearly two decades in various roles with MarketSource’s parent company, Allegis Group—the global leader in talent solutions. At MarketSource, she’s worked in departments ranging from customer support to employee support; from payroll to compliance. In these roles, she’s absorbed a broad range of knowledge, and her well-rounded skill set is complemented by her innate loyalty to her teammates. They appreciate how she readily and naturally builds positive relationships. This—along with an ability to pick up complex topics quickly—has allowed her to instantly integrate herself into our Retail business unit’s workforce management administration team.
After almost 20 years with the company, she is more than willing to provide advice on how to succeed in any career path. She shares: “The only constant is change, so get on board. I’ve learned to love change! I’ve also learned that sometimes, you have to be patient and wait for the right role to come along. Sometimes lateral moves create more paths for opportunities to grow.”
