We believe in continuous learning, so our L&D team partners with field management to identify learning gaps and design supplemental training—ensuring our teams remain current and confident in their skills.

Content Development and Production
Our content and multimedia specialists create engaging training content, from quick-hit videos and bite-sized training aids to eLearning modules and performance support tools. Our 4K studio enables in-house production, green-screen interactions, high-res product photography, and more. And with comprehensive post-production capabilities that include editing, animation, and motion graphics, we produce highly effective training materials that engage learners and equip them for success, no matter their role.

Customized Training Content Bridges Gap Between Sellers and Highly Technical Products for Global Internet Privacy and Security Company
A global internet privacy and security company needed help creating sales-friendly training and product positioning content for its highly technical products. Our L&D team developed customized eLearning modules for each of the client’s products, and live, in-person training content, including participant and leader guides and product positioning. To demystify and translate the highly technical products in ways that would foster comprehension and retention, they incorporated explainer animations into the training modules and applied an adult learning methodology to ensure the modules would appeal to multiple learning styles. The SCORM-compliant content bridged employees’ knowledge gap and empowered them to translate the value propositions for the client’s highly technical products to customers in a meaningful, accessible way.
