MarketSource, Inc. Honored by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as 2020 Services Supplier of the Year

ALPHARETTA, Ga., (October 29, 2020) – MarketSource, Inc. was named Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Supplier of the Year in the category of “Services” during the virtual 2020 North America Annual Supplier Conference and Awards program held on Oct. 23, 2020. The FCA Supplier of the Year awards recognize companies that have shown exceptional commitment to FCA, providing innovative and quality products and services.

“MarketSource is honored and excited to be recognized by FCA as the 2020 Services Supplier of the Year,” said Senior Vice President of Commercial Business Damon Joshua. “This award reflects the hard work and relationship building of our Mopar MVP and Mopar Wholesale Mechanical Parts teams in Canada, as well as the dedicated professionals at MarketSource in Alpharetta, GA, that support them. The team’s success is possible because of the partnership with Mopar leadership and the FCA Business Centers across Canada.”

During the program, FCA recognized 31 supplier partners across a total of 19 categories.

“The transformational changes we made in 2019 built a strong foundation for the wave of product launches coming out of FCA and today we spotlighted those suppliers who took their work to the next level,” said Head of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, FCA – North America Martin Horneck. “These are the ‘best of the best’ in our industry and they will continue playing a leading role in our collective success.”

Award recipients were determined based on an evaluation of each company’s 2019 supplier scorecard performance – a rating system that evaluates supplier performance in quality, delivery, cost and warranty – and input from FCA senior leadership. The “Services” award is a recognition of the MarketSource team’s work in representing and supporting a key product line to over 400 dealers through development and training; and in growing wholesale parts sales in partnership with select dealerships.
