MarketSource Recognized as One of the “Top 25 Companies Where Women Want to Work”by MarketSource
ALPHARETTA, Ga., (January 15, 2020) – MarketSource announced today that the company was recently recognized as one of the “Top 25 Companies Where Women Want to Work” by #GirlsClub, a non-profit that aims to help more women earn leadership positions and create a community where women have access to mentors and advocates to support them in navigating their career growth.
Companies were nominated based on a number of criteria, including:
• Offer flexible work schedules and work-life balance
• Offer ongoing professional development training
• Have an executive team that’s intentional about increasing female leadership
• Are focused on hiring more women and advancing them into leadership roles
• Are leading the charge on their diversity and inclusion efforts
MarketSource has been an early adopter of #GirlsClub, sponsoring three of its team members for the non-profit’s training program since 2018 (“Generations 1 and 2”). The company is pleased to sponsor two team members for “Generation 3” of the training program in 2021.
